Your freight,
picked up and
delivered.
Vance Management Group runs freight out of Columbus, Ohio — local pickups and deliveries around the city, and regional loads across the state. Tell us what needs to move and where it is going.
Three kinds of work,
one Columbus company
We started with trucks and grew into property. Today Vance Management Group hauls freight, buys and renovates homes, and is getting a sober living house ready to open. Whichever one you came here for, it is the same number and the same people.
Trucking & Freight
Freight picked up and delivered
We pick up and deliver freight — local runs around Columbus and regional loads across Ohio. Straightforward scheduling and one number to call.
Construction & Property Rehab
Homes bought, fixed, and finished
We buy homes and fix them up — for resale, or to become housing. Kitchens, baths, flooring, drywall, roofs, and full gut rehabs.
Sober Living Housing
A supportive home, opening soon
A sober living house we are getting ready to open in the Columbus area — a clean, stable, supportive place to live. Reach out and we will keep you posted.
01 — Trucking & Freight
Freight that moves when we say it will
Local and regional hauling out of Columbus. We pick up, we deliver, and you get a straight answer about timing instead of a runaround.
Freight Pickup and Delivery
Pickups and deliveries around Columbus and the surrounding areas. You tell us where the freight is and where it needs to go, and we handle getting it there — docks, lots, and everything in between.
Local Runs
Same-day and next-day work in and around the city. Short hauls that need to move today rather than sit on a board waiting for someone to get to them.
Regional Hauling
Loads across Ohio and into the neighboring states. If it starts in Columbus and ends somewhere within reach, that is a run we can make.
Recurring and Scheduled Runs
A regular weekly pickup, a standing delivery to the same place, or a lane you run often. Once we know the schedule it runs itself, and it costs less than chasing a different carrier every time.
Full Truckload
When the load takes the whole trailer, it goes direct — no stops, no transfers, no wondering where your freight is sitting overnight.
Palletized and Boxed Freight
Pallets, crates and boxed freight that need to arrive the way they left. Give us the dimensions and the weight and we will tell you what it takes.
02 — Construction & Property Rehab
We buy homes and we fix them
Some houses we buy, renovate, and resell. Others we fix up to become sober living housing. Either way the work is the same kind of work: floors, drywall, kitchens, baths, roofs, and the unglamorous parts in between.
- Homes bought as-is, in any condition
- Full renovations and gut rehabs
- Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and paint
- Roofing, siding and exterior repairs
- Properties prepared for sober living housing
03 — Sober Living Housing · Opening soon
A steady, sober place to live
We are finishing a house in the Columbus area that will be a sober living home — a clean, structured, supportive place for adults who want to live without alcohol or drugs. It is not open yet, and we would rather tell you that plainly than pretend otherwise.
If you or someone you care about is interested, send us a note. We will keep you posted as the house gets closer to opening.
