Opening soon · Columbus, Ohio
A steady, sober place to live
Vance Management Group is preparing a house in the Columbus area to open as a sober living home. A clean, structured, supportive place for adults who want to live without alcohol or drugs.
Where it stands right now
The house is not open yet. We are still working on it — the renovation, the rooms, and getting everything set up so it is a place people can actually live in comfortably.
We would rather be upfront about that than take names for something that is not ready. What we can do today is keep you informed: tell us you are interested and we will reach out as the house gets closer to opening.
A house, not a facility
A real home in a residential neighborhood, with shared living space and private bedrooms.
A sober environment
A place where alcohol and drug use is not part of daily life, and that is the whole point of it.
Structure and routine
Clear house expectations that everyone living there is held to, including us.
Run by the people who fixed it
We renovated the house ourselves and we will be the ones responsible for it.

What we are aiming for
A sober living home is housing. It is the everyday part — a bed, a kitchen, a routine, and other people doing the same thing you are.
We are a housing provider, not a treatment program. We do not provide medical care, counseling or clinical services, and we will not pretend to. If you are looking for treatment, we are glad to point you toward the people who do that work.
- A furnished room in a shared home
- Shared kitchen and living areas
- Utilities and household essentials included
- A sober household — no alcohol or drugs on the property
- House expectations everyone agrees to
- Close to work, transit and services in the Columbus area
